- Check suitability: Ask your veterinarian about appropriate access aids if your dog has pain, balance issues or limited mobility.
- Clean as directed: Remove and wash the cover according to its care label. Do not wash or soak the foam unless the manufacturer permits it; dry all parts thoroughly before reassembly.
- Inspect regularly: Stop use if the foam loses support or the cover becomes damaged. These steps are not chew-proof.
- Pet use only: Do not use as a seat or step stool for people.
